Protecting the Place We Call Home

The POA covers the first 93 homes along Venetian Way down through Via Veneto Court. The commercial buildings along Venetian Way and all homes west of Via Veneto Court are not part of the association.

Pet Waste & Animal Control Guidelines

All pet waste needs to be picked up and properly disposed of if your pets are in common areas, public rights of use, or homeowner properties. All pets need to be on a leash if they are not on your property. This includes pet cats and any stray cats that you are feeding.

Property owners with legitimate pet complaints should contact the Brevard County Department of Animal Control at (321) 633-2024.
