Villas at Indian River Property Owners Association-
The POA covers the first 98 homes along Venetian Way down through Via Veneto Court. The commercial buildings along Venetian Way and all homes west of Via Veneto Court are not part of the association.
Some of our POA funds go towards maintaining the entrance and public right of way into our neighborhood. This includes year round care of the beautiful palms in the median, the trees around the retention pond and maintaining the pond.
The association always appreciates help from the community when it comes to property infractions. Below are suggestions on how we can solve any infractions.
For property infractions (Inoperable vehicles, broken fences, lawn care, etc.) we encourage property owners with legitimate code enforcement issues to contact Brevard County Department of Code Enforcement at 321-633-2086. They will suggest that you first contact the offending party before they get involved. If the issue is not resolved then call 321-698-8561 and we will try and resolve the issue.
All pet wastes need to be picked up and properly disposed of if your pets are on common areas, public right of use and homeowner properties. All pets need to be on a leash if they are not on your property. This includes pet cats and any stray cats that you are feeding. Property owners with legitimate pet complaints should contact Brevard County Department of Animal Control at 321-633-2024.
